Chai Black Tea Ice Lollies

CHAI BLACK TEA ICE LOLLIES

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 bags of Senok Black Tea Chai Tea Bags
  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tb. Sugar

Method:

  1. Steep 2 bags of Senok Black Tea Chai tea bags to make 1 1/2 cups of steeped strong tea
  2. Combine the milk, whipping cream and sugar.
  3. Mix 2-3 Tb. of the cream mixture into the tea.
  4. Alternating with the layers, pour 1 Tb. of mixture into the popsicle molds. Freeze after each layer for at least 30 minutes before adding the next.
  5. This results in Tea and Cream layers.
  6. Repeat until all liquid is used up.
