Seoul Food & Hotel College Challenge
The competition, co-hosted by the Korean Association of Chefs’ Association (KCA), is an international chef competition recognized by the World Chef Association. We look forward to your interest and participation in this cooking competition, held by more than 400 professional chefs and culinary professionals.
Event Information
The 6th Seoul Food & Hotel Culinary Challenge will take place at KINTEX from 19 to 22 May 2020. This event is organised by KCA – Korea Chefs Association, Informa Markets – a Global Exhibition Organiser and KOTRA – Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency. As a Worldchefs – World Association of Chefs Societies Endorsed Competition, we use global standards of rules and procedures to achieve a fair and consistent level judging. We are glad to have you at SFH Culinary Challenge 2020.
Registration period
Early Bird: January 3(Fri) – February 29(Sat), 2020
Standard: March 1(Sun) – April 4(Sat), 2020
The Chef of the Year 2020 will be provided with an air ticket and accommodation to participate as a competitor in FHC 2020 or HOFEX 2021.
