The prices shown on our website include VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller.

INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

We charge you for your order in United States Dollars (US$). The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit card company. Please note that customers will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Natural Particles in Products:

Several products include natural fruits/ herbs and other botanical particles. The images presented are as accurate as possible, however, there is likely to be some variations in colour, composition and texture from product to product. This is due to each product being blended individually.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

TITLE RETENTION
Any items ordered remain our property until we receive full payment.

DELIVERY

Delivery is free. Senoktea.com will not bare any cost with regard to import/ customs duty that may be levied at the point of receipt. Neither are such costs included within the purchase price.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched. We are unable to deliver on Sri Lankan holidays including but not limited to Poya days. If you place an order during a bank holiday period please allow an extra working day for your order to arrive.

If you experience any issues with your order or have problems tracking your delivery please contact our Customer Care team via email. Please quote the order reference number, full name, billing address and telephone number. One of our Customer Care team members will provide an initial reply within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can contact us via telephone (Please see contact us) and we will do our best to solve any issue that may have occurred.

REFUNDS/ RETURNS

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 7 days of receipt. The cost of returning the product must be borne by you. In any event, we advise that you contact us via email or telephone and notify us that you wish to return a product, quoting your order number and the exact date of receipt of the item at the earliest possibility.
